• Attention ! It's necessary to bring linen and pillow cases.
The owner may rent some at the cost of 10 euros per bed.
It's
a jointly oxned house. Its superficy is 45 m², classified 3
épis.
Its exposition is South/West for the living room and kitchen, East/West
for the room.
Capacity: 4 people and one on a folding bed.

• Full equiped kitchen: a sink, an electric oven and cookstove,
a fridge, a dish washing machine,
an electric coffeepot, a mixer, a pressure cooker, dishes and cooking
implement.
• Bathroom: a washbowl, a showze, cupboards, WC, electric ventilation.
• West bedroom with balcony: a bed 140 large, a desk, a chair,
cupboards with clothes closet
• East bedroom: 2 beds for 1 person, an additional bed if necessary,
a desk, a chair, cupboards with clothes closet, electric heating.
How to get there
• Train station in Evian, then by bus.
• Airport Geneva 45 km
• By car: to attend the "gîtes" by car from
Bernex, follow the way to "La Dent d'Oche", pass
the backery, follow for 200 m and turn right.
